Return Policy


Please read all paragraphs BEFORE you return an order!

Return in the Same Condition that Items Were Received

We want you to be pleased with your purchase of Natura products. We will gladly exchange, replace or credit your purchase when it is returned to Natura Health Servicees, Inc. in an used, saleable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Under this policy, if you are a U. S. RETAIL customer, you may call 1 800 284-8880 for instructions as to how products may be returned with a full refund of the purchase price paid, less freight charges. No questions asked. We are unable to accept returns for international orders.

NOTE: Return Merchandise Authorization Number (USA Customers)

Both RETAIL and MERCHANT Customers who wish to return a product that was purchased from Natura Health Services, Inc. must first obtain approval from Natura Health Services, Inc. and we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number which must be marked on the outside of the return package. To obtain this number, please call us at 1-800-284-8880.

Please read the following paragraphs before returning items:

  • All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Natura Health Services, Inc. For added assurance that your return reached us, you may wish to add delivery confirmation or other tracking service to the package being returned.
  • Please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage. We must know within 5 business days of receipt of any damage/problems.
  • If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse delivery from the carrier or please make sure that if you sign a proof-of-delivery that you include a note stating that the package is/appears damaged.
  • If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately.
  • Any order shipped with free shipping will be billed for shipping if the item is returned.
  • Credits generally occur within 7 to 14 days after we receive the return.

If Purchased From A Different Vendor or Website Other than

If you purchased one of our products from a store or other merchant, you must make the return to that same vendor. 


If you are a MERCHANT selling Natura Health Services, Inc. products, unless the product is defective or damaged, or the return is a direct result of a Natura Health Service, Inc. error, all sales are final and no refund will be given.
