A gluten, yeast, & dairy free recipe especially for sufferers
of gluten sensitivity, Candida albicans yeast, gas, heartburn,
digestive upsets, nausea, indigestion, food allergies and
various other health problems.


Raw Food Ingredients

1 small eggplant
1 zucchini
1 red bell pepper
1 red onion
8-12 cherry whole tomatoes or small, wedged Roma tomatoes

Kabab Marinate Preparation

Marinate Ingredients
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 cup water
1 garlic clove minced
1/8 tsp. ginger peeled and grated fresh (or powder)
1 tsp. fresh basil chopped
1 tsp. fresh parsley chopped

Thoroughly wash vegetables and cut into 1 inch pieces and place into a bowl.
Mix marinate ingredients and pour over vegetables.
Toss well and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours.
Alternate vegetables on wooden skewers.
Serve raw, or dehydrate at 105° F for 8 hours, or bake at 375° F for 15 minutes, or grill
